Privacy Notice

We at Thomas P. McDonald Insurance Agency are aware of your concerns about privacy and we respect your rights 100%. We do not sell your information. We do not share policy information outside of our agency with persons, companies or organizations for which we have not contacted to provide services (i.e., inspections, financial information, etc.)

We have set up methods to protect client information. We obtain most of our data from the application. We keep track of the types of products and services, premiums, balances and payment history. When we share this information with insurance carriers we ask to perform services for us and we ask those carriers to only use that information to provide the services requested.

We may with our authorization, but only as permitted by law, provide information necessary to properly service your policy, investigate and handle claims, detect and/or prevent fraud, financial institutions with which we do business with, or to comply with lawful requests from regulatory and law enforcement authorities. If your relationship with Thomas P. McDonald Insurance Agency should end, your information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
